Refund & Return Policy

At The Crown Golfer Co., we strive to ensure that every customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience and receives products of the highest quality. Our return and refund policy follows the official guidelines of our logistics partner, CJ Dropshipping. Please review the details below carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request to cancel it by submitting a dispute.
Once approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed after the item has been shipped.


2. Refund or Reshipment – Eligible Situations (After Shipment)

We accept refund or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  1. Product Quality Issues

    • The product you received is defective, malfunctioning, or damaged.

    • Clear photo or video evidence must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

    • No product return is required. A full refund or reshipment will be issued.

  2. Damaged During Delivery

    • If the product arrives broken or visibly damaged due to shipping.

    • Evidence must be submitted to verify the condition.

  3. Incorrect or Missing Product

    • You received the wrong product, wrong color, or part of your order is missing.

    • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

  4. Lost Shipment

    • If your package is lost in transit and tracking shows no progress for an extended period,
      a refund or reshipment will be processed after investigation.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or reshipments cannot be processed under the following circumstances:

  1. Customer’s Personal Reasons

    • Wrong size selection, wrong order placement, or personal dislike of the product.

    • These are considered non-refundable cases.

  2. Customer Refusal or Incorrect Address

    • Orders returned due to the customer’s refusal to accept delivery,
      or an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, are not eligible for a refund.

  3. Used or Altered Products

    • Any product that has been used, washed, assembled, or modified cannot be returned.

  4. Delivered Orders Without Verified Defect

    • Once the product is confirmed delivered in good condition,
      refunds are only possible if a legitimate quality issue is proven.

For these cases, customers may request to return the product to the CJ Dropshipping warehouse at their own expense.
Refunds will be issued only after the product is received and inspected.

Please note: Returns cannot be sent directly to The Crown Golfer Co. or any CJ warehouse without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
